We require an individual with a BCom degree with a major in Marketing and a minimum 2 years in Information Systems.
Activities will include the following:
• Assistant to the Marketing Director
• Updating the client database
• Client relationship management
• Assistance with generation of proposal documents
• Assistance with generation of presentations
• Online marketing including e-mail campaigns, advertising on social networks, IT forums etc. in order to generate leads
• Arranging internal functions and client conferences
• Sourcing corporate gifts
Competencies and preferred experience:
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Good writing ability
• Creative
• Excellent MS Office skills in particular Word and PowerPoint
• Computer literate
• Database administration
• Good telephone skills
• Familiar with online marketing
• Great inter-personal skills
• Tertiary education, B.Com strongly preferred
• Self-managed and motivated.
