As part of our service we send out Job Seekers' CVs to Recruiters / Advertisers to see whether or not the Recruiters / Advertisers have a suitable job for the Job Seeker. JobX accepts no liability for information collected or sent out to these Recruiters / Advertisers, or how they use the information. Using this website is done entirely at the User's own risk and JobX will not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages caused by you using this website. JobX reserves the right to amend or withdraw the website or any part thereof, with or without notice to the User, without incurring any liability to the User or any third party.

Always consult with a relevant professional to obtain the correct advice, especially where legal matters are concerned.

Users are responsible for any activity carried out on the website through their login and remain responsible for the integrity and confidentiality of their login details, such as their password. The advertiser indemnifies JobX from and against any claim brought against JobX arising from use of this website for advertisements placed by the advertiser.

All intellectual property on this website, including but not limited to copyright, content, trademarks, domain names, software, source code, meta tags, text and hyperlinks is owned by JobX and it is as such protected from infringement by domestic and international legislation and treaties. Users may not make use of any automated retrieval robot, screen scraper or similar technology to obtain information on this website.

Advertisers/Sponsors/Partners/Service Providers agrees that their trademarks and or logo's may be used on this website and in JobX advertisements or promotions.

Users are prohibited to attempt any violations to the security of this website or the server and computer network that support the website.  Any violations may result in civil or criminal liability by the User.

JobX will not voluntarily disclose any information about individual Users to third parties, except as described in our Privacy Policy and or Terms and Conditions of Use or to comply with applicable laws or valid legal process, or to protect the rights of JobX or others.

South African laws are applicable regarding the use or abuse of this website.  Users consent to the Jurisdiction of the South Gauteng High Court or the Randburg Magistrates' Court in the event of any civil dispute.

Advertisers are not allowed to use words, which may be offensive to the general public.  JobX will have the ultimate say as to whether or not a word is viewed as offensive. Advertisers are only allowed to place job advertisements for legitimate jobs. Advertisers are only allowed to place job advertisements; save for express permission from JobX  (Pty) Ltd. JobX may advertise jobs placed with JobX in other publications. JobX reserves the right to remove any job advertisement that does not comply with the Terms and Conditions of Use, without refund.

A Third Party handles Credit Card payments, and payment related communication may be sent to the advertiser from the Third Party. JobX will handle all invoicing.

The User acknowledges that it has read, understands and accepts the contents of the Terms and Conditions of Use and the Privacy Policy.
